Efficient air conditioning and nice pool areas. Convenient location with nearby coffee shop, restaurants, and convenience store. Quiet room, cleaned daily. Comfortable beds with high-quality linen. the room we stayed in was quite spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and quick check-in process. Our breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was excellent, and we had a great time lounging around the pool.
The lack of anti-slip mats in the shower area was a safety concern.

Had a great Easter at this hotel! The staff was awesome and always kind. The beds and pillows were faultless, making for a deep sleep after a long day of exploring. The breakfasts at the adjoining restaurant were very good and gave us a great start to the day. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for getting around the area.
The hotel room was a little worn and needed sprucing up. The shower floor was treacherous with no mats or anti-slip tiles, and the room wasn't well-lit.

We had a great time at Plaza! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beaches. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
One specific situation that happened to us was the lack of WiFi in our suite. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay connected during our entire 7-day stay.

Spent Thanksgiving with family in a great location close to the beaches. Enjoyed the nicely decorated and spacious suite with plenty of room for all of us. the kitchenette allowed us to cook a traditional Thanksgiving meal and the swim-up bar in the beautiful pool was a hit with the adults.
The Wi-Fi was spotty and didn't always work well in our room. access to the beach was difficult as it seemed to be mostly privatized by nearby resorts.

I had a fantastic experience at this luxury hotel! The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room was kept meticulously clean and the beds were super comfy, with high-quality linen that made for a restful sleep. The hotel's location is perfect, with beautiful beaches right next door and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. I also loved the fact that there was a kitchenette in my room, equipped with everything I needed to cook my own meals.
I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I had an excellent stay in this hotel. The AC worked flawlessly, and the pool areas were fantastic. This helped me relax and enjoy my stay. Also, I appreciated the hotel's great location as there were many restaurants within a short walk, along with a coffee shop and a convenience store. Besides, my room was always clean and quiet, which was a huge plus.
Nothing everything was great.
